Partnership Success Manager

As a Partnership Success Manager at Foodm, you'll be the cornerstone of our partnership efforts, dedicated to nurturing and expanding our network of strategic partnerships. You'll work closely with our partners & customers to understand their needs, identify opportunities for mutual growth, and ensure the highest level of satisfaction and success. Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting partner relationships, acting as the main point of contact between partners and our customers Craft and execute partnership strategies that align with our company goals and drive mutual success. Monitor, analyze, and report on partnership performance metrics, using insights to drive continuous improvement and growth. Identify and cultivate new partnership opportunities, expanding our reach and impact within the industry. Provide exceptional support to our partners, resolving issues and ensuring their experience with Foodm exceeds expectations.
